The Geneva Convention on Refugees and the EU

A research article analysing the challenges faced by refugees and migrants who enter the European Union without the required documents, focusing on the conditions in which they live, the inadequacy of their reception system, and serious violations of their rights, such as the suspension of the registration of asylum applications, their criminalisation, etc. At the same time, it analyses how the refugee and migration crisis is shaking the foundations of international law rules such as the 1951 Geneva Convention.
