This study explores the educational trajectories and success strategies of female students of Albanian origin enrolled in prestigious university programs in Greece. Through qualitative research, it examines the factors contributing to their academic advancement, the challenges faced due to their migrant background, and the ways in which they have shaped their professional and personal identities. The study highlights the role of family, school environment, and social networks in achieving their educational objectives.
