This collective volume focuses on early childhood education for children with refugee backgrounds in Greece, highlighting the institutional, pedagogical, and social challenges that hinder their equitable access to education. Through theoretical analyses and empirical accounts, it emphasizes the need for inclusive policies and educational practices that acknowledge the children’s linguistic and cultural capital and foster their active integration into both the school and the broader community.
