The film follows Ali, who came to Denmark in 2011 to seek asylum, but after two and a half years his application was rejected, and he now lives as an undocumented migrant in Copenhagen.
The video highlights the harsh working and living conditions of migrant farm workers in Manolada, which were worsened by the Covid-19 pandemic. It documents these conditions through the testimonies of the workers, shedding light on the ongoing exploitation and the political indifference towards improving their living conditions.
